HAPPINESS

Happiness is ‘state of mind’ that is sum total of thoughts, feelings and emotions that comes from external world and inner world. If ‘Wealth’ is the catalyst in the external world and so is ‘Habit’ in the inner world.

WHAT IS THE MECHANISM OF HAPPINESS ?

It is presence of positive and absence of negative feeling. And now research scientists have agreed with this. For example, a small baby who is pampered so much by parents and relatives and no negative experience in life is in blissful state all the time including in the dream. 

AND NOW HOW DO WE ACHIVE IT ?

We live in two worlds at the same time. 1. External world – where Wealth solve all the problems and can have anything we want that money can buy. That means 50% problems are solved. And 2. Inner world – This is bit difficult one. Self Realisation is the key to understand this ‘Mind, Body and Spirit Technology’. But ‘Habit’ is enough for average people to create Happiness. Because ‘thinking alters the activity in the brain’. Understanding this is the greatest achievement of mankind. This makes we are the captain of our mind. And no other creatures have this understanding. And this helps to solve another 50% problems.

IF SO WHY MOST SUCCESSFUL PEOPLE ARE STILL SUFFERING ?

It is because they remained in external world. They lost their health and happiness to achieve success and when they got it  they suppose to add journey to happiness but they didn’t. Missing either one is incomplete.

SUMMARY

If you can have these two things 1. ‘Financial Independent’ (or passive monthly income) to solve external problems and 2. ‘New Habit’ to solve internal problems, your negative thoughts, feelings and emotions will be minimised and happiness will be increased drastically.
