Adrift among the thoughts inside,
Night and day, saturated with fear,
Floating among the silence of our own story,
A book yet untold, anxious words yet unwritten.
Nothing meaningful as to what we seek,
Even if sometimes we crave too much,
Indifferent in the eyes of many,
At times even to the perception of the extreme,
Run or hide, inundated with fear,
Fighting decisions split in half.
