"κολυμπώ Καλό" : "Swim Good"

I made this originally for my clothing brand at the time. I was newly inspired and motivated at the time. I was looking for inspiration to start. Music during 2012 was different for me. It was a time of discovery and establishing growth; I was still immature at the time. During this time, I took what I learned from my two hour crash course on a cracked version of Photoshop CS4. My family couldn’t afford it at the time. I was the only computer savy person in the household. As I was looking for ideas for my clothing brand, I was listening to an artist named Frank Ocean. He had some visuals from his “Nostalgia, Ultra” mixtape. One of the songs were for “Swim Good”. In the beginning of the video, he was wearing a panda mask while eating popcorn watching an orange car burn. That spoke to me. Then, while I thought, “I never seen a panda swim before.”

That was a deep pool I dived into for this artwork.

It was worth drowning for.
